Season Change

All of us in the United States are recognizing the changes in the weather and landscape of our Summer to Fall season.  How is that affecting those who are not as healthy as they used to be?

The harvest is a reminder that many need more help than they used to require.   Some one to drive them to run an errand, take them a meal, set up their medications or help them dress.

The temperature is getting colder, the winds are blowing more, the colors are brown/gold and the heater needs to be on!  Know anyone who needs help with a heating bill, a coat/blanket or maybe a hot cup of chocolate and a friendly conversation?

Let’s help each other adjust through these changes…I bet you will find what else is changing in their lives and maybe even in your own life!
