Caring for Self

So what did this nurse, hospice nurse, do to take care of herself this weekend…so far?

Had taken a nap by 0700
Hour long massage

Bought several things that were needed, wanted or way over due.     HEE HEE

Got my hands dirty in my flower beds
Spent time with my folks, my neighbor and myself!

My wish for all of you care givers is that you do something rejuvenating for yourself very soon!

I read recently , “Those that care a lot carry a lot.”–Bertice Berry. I think you would like some of her work. She speaks a lot to the need of caregivers to care for themselves. You nourished your spirit on this day that you cared for yourself. I am in need of another massage soon and a little spirit nourishment.
